Lyndon Risser believes that the success of every relationship and organization can be measured by meaningful conversations, the conversations we are not having, and the conversations we are having poorly.
He is also passionate about developing the potential of his children and their generation to be fervent Christ followers who impact the world for Christ both now and in the years ahead.
As a result, he specializes in coaching leaders, business owners, and individuals to have more meaningful conversations leading to life-changing, Eternity-impacting benefits that build stronger families, churches, businesses, and communities.
Most importantly, Lyndon’s heart for service to Christ and others drives every part of his life and work. “Radical Generosity” is the theme that emerges when he reflects on this core belief.
Lyndon brings both his formal education with the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, as well as his 40 years as a business owner, coach, and ministry board member to his coaching, which is known for its practicality, compassion, and humor.
He has been married for over 35 years to his lovely and talented wife, Sharon. Together, they have raised five children and are immensely enjoying their two young grandchildren.
A Maryland native now living in central Pennsylvania, Lyndon’s background in farming and the trades led to a fruitful career as the founder and CEO of DynaTech Generators, which he grew into a successful company and shepherded for over 30 years.
