After nearly 20 years in financial services—first in retail banking and then alongside the financial consultants at Everence Financial—Elisabeth formed Primer & Scout, LLC to use her artistic creativity and administrative gifts while assisting others with their business essentials.
Her experience on the front lines of customer service, administrative leadership, process development, and personnel training have honed her natural bent toward business administration, standardized operations, and first-class customer service.
A musician by training, Elisabeth graduated from Lancaster Bible College. She lives in vibrant south-central Pennsylvania and works with small businesses across the United States through the miracles of the digital age.
