Geoff Davis is a Lancaster native who has worked in business, educational and training settings around the world. He has been a teacher, coach, university adjunct, international businessman, school board association executive, foundation director, and lifelong learner. Whether working with individual learners or helping to retrain an entire African nation’s teachers, Geoff’s focus has always been on helping to make a difference in the lives of others.
In his current position, Geoff serves clients in the areas of executive and team coaching, strategic planning, leadership, difficult issues facilitation, and organizational learning. He has worked with leaders in organizations of various sizes and types throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, consistently delivering the results that have produced satisfied clients and changed lives and organizations.
Prior to his current position, Geoff was with Reinsel Kuntz Lesher in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development; was the Chief Knowledge Officer, planning leader, and executive director for the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry; was active with school board members, administrators, teachers and students not only throughout Pennsylvania, but across the nation. He developed and delivered the Pennsylvania School Boards Association’s School Board Academy, created and conducted hundreds of individual district workshops on a range of challenges and issues, and jointly developed and delivered programs on continuous quality improvement for schools with Dr. Seldon V. Whitaker, Jr. of Penn State University.
