He came across Michael Marquardt’s book, Leading With Questions, in 2006. The ideas in this book changed forever how he looked at leadership, and provided the vision for his website/blog, www.leadingwithquestions.com, which is now in its 11th year and followed by leaders in 190 countries.
For 52 years, he has been on the staff of Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ), an interdenominational Christian parachurch organization focused on evangelism and discipleship, and he currently serves on the U.S. Leadership Development Team. Bob is also the author of five very popular books—
